Halloween Week: Emily de Molly Zombie Spotting

So, since it's soon Halloween I thought I'd have a theme week. The theme for this week will of course be Halloween. I will only show you Halloween themed polishes. Sounds like fun, eh? I think so. I'm a major fan of Halloween and I love dressing up and putting on a role (hopefully a horribly creepy one) for a night.

So now I'd like to show you Emily de Molly Zombie Spotting.
Zombie Spotting is a glitter topper with orange and chartreuse hex glitter, black bar glitter and black circle glitter. It's not extacly pretty but it's fun and well worth its name. Ugly pretty, leaning more towards ugly than pretty. I like it except for the bar glitter. It'd look better without it. It's layering polish and I chose to layer it over a nude creme to really emphasize on the colours in the polish.

The formula is alright. There's some need for fishing for the circle glitter, which is fine by me. I also had to dabble on some of the glitter because the the glitter dispersal is quite sparse. There's a lot of base on the brush but not a lot of glitter. It's a layering polish and i thought one coat over a nude base would look the best. It dries rather quickly and shiny, but a bitt rough. Top coat made the finish smooth and shiny.
What you see in the pictures are three coats of OPI My Vampire is Buff, one coat of Emily de Molly Zombie Spotting and two coats of Seche Vite.
