Emily de Molly Seeing Red

Red, red, red! A Christmas colour indeed. Maybe the number one colour for Christmas, so I just have to show you a red holo now before the Holidays. So while I'm at it I'm going to show you Emily de Molly Seeing Red. I actually wore this a couple of moths ago, so my nails are a lot shorter than they are today. As you might have figured out it's a post from what I like to call 'The cavern of lost posts'. It's much more fun to phrase itt that way instead of just telling you it's a post from my Blogger archive.

Seeing Red is a pinkish red with a slight orange tint to it. It's gorgeous. I can't get enough of red holos. There's something so special about them. This is not my favourite, but it's lovely. It's not a true red, but not far from one either. I think the holographic effct makes the polish look more pink than it is. It doesn't bother me though. It's a lovely hue that works all year round.

The formula is gorgeous. Like butter. It applies smoothly and with no complications. There was no need for a clean up with this polish. Two coats gave full coverage and the dry time was fast.
There was no need for Aqua Base and the holographic effect isn't affected by top coat.
What you see in the pictures are two coats of Emily de Molly Seeing Red and one c oat of Seche Vite.
