Colors by Llarowe 976-Babe

Hi sweeties!

Today I'll show you Colors by Llarowe 976-Babe from the spring collection Pretty Woman. All the polished inter collection are inspired by the romcom. I'm not a big fan of romantic comedies but I do like Pretty Woman.

967-Babe is a berry red, pink leaning holo. The colour's amazing and the holo is beautiful. This is one of my new favourites from CbL. It's just perfect. And how can it not be. It's all the things can ask from a red polish. It's deep, vibrant, glowing and sparkly.

The pictures are taken in direct sunlight. The holo is a bit stronger in real life.

The formula is good. Two coats give full coverage. This one stains a little so use an extra coat of base coat to prevent from getting pink nails. I didn't and it stained my nails slightly pink. It wasn't horrible though but since I only swatched it and didn't wear it for a full day I think it can stain pretty badly after a few hours of wear without base coat.
It dries quickly and the finish becomes shiny. Top coat doesn't affect the holo.

What you see in the pictures are two coats of Colors by Llarowe 976-Babe and one coat of Pretty Serious Crystsl Coat.

Bear Pawlish Maleficent

Hi darlings!

Today I'll show you Bear Pawlish Maleficent.

Maleficent is a royal blue holo. I know a lot of reviews of this say that it's blurple but in my opinion it's not blurple at all. It's definitely royal blue.
The holo is pretty. It's not super strong but it creates rainbows. The holo was a little camera shy and is stronger in real life.
It isn't a very unique colour but I still  love it. These type of blue holos are my favourite.

The pictures are taken in direct sunlight.

The formula was great. Two thin coats give ful coverage. It dries quickly and the finish becomes shiny. Top coat won't affect the holo, instead it almost enhances it.

What you see in the pictures are two coats of Bear Pawlish Maleficent and one coat of Pretty Serious Crystal Coat.

Femme Fatale Pyramids on Mars

Hi sweeties!

I'm back from my vacation now and I'lol have more time to blog again.
Today I'll show you Femme Fatale Pyramids on Mars.

Pyramids on Mars is a dark purple jelly with iridescent glass flecks. This was The colour of the month for May 2015.
This one is truly amazing. It's like a darker, edgier version of Barielle Elle's Spell. At least Pyramids on Mars reminds me of it. I really love it. It's so gorgeous.

The pictures are taken in indirect sunlight.

The formula is good. Three coats give full coverage. The coverage is good at two coats but there's still a little VNL. The jelly is quite opaque so some of the flakes do drown a little bit in the base. At three coats I had no VNL but the flakes aren't as visible.
It dries fairly quickly and the finish becomes very shiny.

What you see in the photos are three coats of Femme Fatale Pyramids on Mars and one coat of Pretty Serious Crystal Coat.

Enchanted Polish Daydream

Hi sweeties!

Today I'll show you Enchanted Polish Daydream. I don't show Enchanted's as often as before but the brand is still one of my favourites.

Daydream is a light minty aqua blue holo with turquoise glass flecks. It's beautiful. The holo is scattered and subtle but cry pretty. The glass flecks add depth and shimmer.

I love the colour but it makes my hands look very red. It doesn't really suit my skin tone but I don't care. I still love the colour of this polish.

The pictures are taken in direct sunlight.

The formula is great. Two coats give full coverage. It's dries quickly and the finish becomes shiny.

What you see in the pictures are two coats of Enchanted Polish Daydream and one coat of Pretty Serious Crystal Coat.

Glam Polish Cancer

Hi darlings!
Today I'll show you Glam Polish Cancer. This is an exclusive for Hypnotic Polish and part of the Zodiac collection. Each month a new polish, inspired by zodiac signs, will be released

Cancer is a dark magenta base with pink glitter and a scattered holo effect. This is gorgeous. The colour is very dark and makes the pink glitter pop. They look like glowing embers in the base. This is truly beautiful and I can't wait for the rest of this collection.

The pictures are taken in direct sunlight.

The formula is impeccable. Two coras give full coverage. It dries quickly and the finish becomes a little textured, but fairly shiny. Top coat makes the finish shiny and smooth.

What you see in the pictures are two coats of Glam Polish Cancer and one coat of Pretty Serious Crystal Coat.

Bear Pawlish Peek A Boo!

Hi darlings! I'm on vacation this week and spending it on the Swedish west coats. All the posts this week are written on my phone so if anything looks a bit odd that's why.

Today'll show you Bear Pawlish Peek a Boo!

Peek a Boo is a hot pink holo. It's amazing. The holo effect is really strong and emphasises the colour. The colour is a gorgeous pink that has blue undertones. It's bright, bold and vibrant. It borders on neon but I wouldn't call this a true neon.

The photos are taken in direct sunlight.

The formula is flawless. Two coats give full coverage. It dries quickly and the finish becomes shiny. The holo isn't affected by top coat.

What you see in the pictures are two coats of Bear Pawlish Peek a Boo! and one coat of Pretty Serious Crystal Coat.

Colors by Llarowe No, I'm Still Tacky

Hi darlings!
Today I'll show you Colors by Llarowe No, I'm Still Tacky from the summer collection Overboard.

No, I'm Still Tacky is a bright cherry red holo and it's absolutely amazing. Despite the name there's nothing tacky about this polish. It's a classy shade of red and the holo makes it deep, edgy and sexy. The holo effect is that gorgeous, velvet-y type. It has that lit-from-within glow that I just can't get enough of.
CbL does red holos so perfectly but they tend to stain due to strong pigmentation. This one did stain my nails a little bit. The stain wasn't horrible but I recommend that you wear an extra coat of base coat when wearing this polish.

The pictures are taken in direct sunlight.

The formula is great. One coat gives full coverage but I wore two coats for more depth. It dries quickly and the finish becomes semi-matte. Top coat brings out the holo even more and makes the finish shiny.

What you see in the pictures are two coats of Colors by Llarowe No, I'm Still Tacky and one coat of Pretty Serious Crystal Coat.

Glam Polish ZOOM!

Hi darlings! Long time, no write. I've been busy with work so I haven't had the time to blog.
Today I'll show you Glam Polish ZOOM! from the collection Knockout part 2.

Zoom! is a sky blue holo. It's gorgeous and perfect for summer! The holo effect is stronger in the bottle than on the nails. It's still looks great. It adds sparkle and depth to the pretty colour.

The photos are taken in direct sunlight.

The formula is great. Two coats give full coverage. It dries quickly and the finish becomes shiny. Top coat doesn't affect the holo.

What you see in the pictures are two coats of Glam Polish Zoom! and one coat of Pretty Serious Crystal Coat.

Colors by Llarowe Obsessed with Marilyn

Hi!
This is Colours by Llarowe Obsessed With Marilyn. These pictures have been in my Blogger archive for months now, so I thought it was time to show them.

Obsessed With Marilyn is a deep red, almost burgundy, with pink undertones and a lovely holo effect.
The colour is so rich and beautiful. The holo is that amazing, velvety looking type that some other CbL's also have. It's really beautiful.

The pictures are taken in direct sunlight.

The formula is great. Two coats give full coverage. It dried fairly quickly and the finish becomes slightly matte. Top coat is needed for a super shiny look. The holo won't be affected by TC.

What you see in the pictures are two coats of Colors by Llarowe Obsessed With Marilyn and one coat of Pretty Serious Crystal Coat.

Glam Polish THWAAK!

Hi darlings! I hope you're all having a lovely weekend.
Today I'll show you another polish from Glam Polish collection Knockout Part 2. This one is called THWAAK! I love that all the polishes in this collection, just as with the first part, are named after sound effects. In my mind I really hear THWAAK! when I read the name, haha.

Thwaak! is a dark grey, almost black, holo. The holo effect is really strong and creates beautiful rainbows on the nails. This looks black in direct sunlight but in other lightings it looks like a charcoal grey, due to the large amount of holo. I wouldn't call this a true black, but it's close.
It's so sparkly and pretty! I love to wear black holos during the summer. It's dark but the holo looks amazing when the sun hits your nails.

The pictures are take in direct sunlight.

The formula is impeccable. Two thin coats gave full coverage. The polish dries quickly and the finish becomes quite shiny. Top coat will not dull the holo.

What you see in the pictures are two coats of Glam Polish Thwaak! and one coat of Pretty Serious Crystal Coat.
