Arcane Lacquer Funhouse

The second polish I have for you today is Arcane Lacquer Funhouse. 

Funhouse is a pink jelly with pink, blue and prismatic glitter. It's very beautiful. Probably one of the prettiest pink polishes I own. The blue glitter seems to glow out of the pink base. Of course my camera couldn't capture the glow and the beauty of this polish.

Just as the rest of my Arcane Lacquers it holds a high quality. I'm still surprised with how lovely these polishes are. It's also surprising that people haven't really discovered Arcane Lacquer here in Sweden. I have small collection of about ten Arcanes and I love them all.

The formula is impeccable. It's incredibly easy to apply. Three thin coats give full coverage and the polish dries quickly. The finish becomes shiny and rather smooth.

Arcane Lacquer Luna Madness

The second post of the day, though this isn't a green one. As i told you I need to empty my blog archive of unpublished post, so now I'm showing you Arcane Lacquer Luna Madness.

Luna Madness is a black jelly with magenta circle glitter, turqouise green-ish squares, pink micro glitter, smalla green hex glitter and shredded blue glitter. It's a complex, yet simple, hue. It's lovely. I initially bought it just for the name, Luna Madness. I thought of Luna Lovegood, the wimsy head-in-the-clouds character from Harry Potter. I love Luna and she's often portrayed as a complete madman or a genius. I can't really decide which, mostly I just think she's brilliant. So Luna Madness brought my thoughts to Luna Lovegood. I'm a complete and utter Potterhead, so of course I had to buy it. Luckily the polish is gorgeous and it holds the same high quality as the rest of the Arcane Laquers I own.

The formula was good. It's very easy to apply. Three coats gave ful coverage and the black jelly base is translucent enough to let all the glitter shine through.It dires quickly and shiny. The finish still needed two coats of top coat to be smooth.

United in Pink: Arcane Lacquer An Amorous Disposition

Idag börjar temaveckan Rosa veckan i förmån för bröstcancer! Vi är ett helt gäng som ska vara med och värdarna är Helena och Pamsan! Det ska bli jätteroligt att vara med. Inte bara för att jag får visa rosa, vilket är en färg jag inte ens är särskilt förtjust i, men jag har några riktigt vackra rosa lack på lut åt er, samt att det är för att uppmärksamma bröstcancer. Bröstcancer är viktigt att uppmärksamma. Precis lika viktigt som vilken annan sjukdom som helst som tar liv. Om jag kan uppmärksamma bröstcancer så vill jag göra det. För det är något som en person får, men som drabbar alla nära och kära.

Vi startar alltså Rosa veckan med Arcane Lacquer An Amorous Disposition.
An Amorous Disposition är ett ceriserosa lack med svart, rött och prismatiskt glitter samt lite holodamm. Det är jättevackert. Synd nog var det molnigt ute när jag tog bilderna vilket resulterade i att det prismatiska glittret samt holo-dammet inte syntes. Det är ändå vackert tycker jag! vackrast är det ju såklart när det får lite sol på sig. Faktiskt ett av de vackraste rosa jag äger. Inte för att jag äger särskilt många. Rosa är den färg i min samling det finns minst av. Desto roligare att jag får visa upp dem nu, så att de inte bara blir stående i min Helmer.

Formulan är bra! Som smör. Det är väldigt enkelt att applicera. Lacket täcker på två lager och torkar snabbt. Ytan blir ganska slät och glansig, men för att få den glasaktig krävdes ändå två lager överlack.

My reason to join in? It's easy. We need to be aware of breast cancer, just as to any other life-taking disease. If I can bring some awerness to breast cancer by showing pink manicures, well then that's what I'm going to do. Beacuse cancer doesn't just affect the person who has it, it affects all loved ones.

So I'm going to start off this Pink Week by showing you Arcane Lacquer An Amorous Disposition.
An Amorous Disposition is a hot pink creme with black, pink and prismatic glitter and some holo dust. the prismatic glitter and the holo won't show though because there was no sun when I took thses photos. It's still very beautiful! Probably one of the most beautiful pinks I own. Though I don't own particularly many pink polishes. Pink polishes are  probably the ones I own the least of. but that makes this week so much more fun!
The formula is good! Like butter! It's very easy to apply. The polish covers in two coats and dries quickly. the finish becomes smooth and quite shiny. to get that glass like finish to coat of top coat were still needed.

Arcane Lacquer On the Brink

Idag visar jag Arcane Lacquer On the Brink. Jag var extra sugen på en härligt höstig färg och då passar detta fint.

On the Brink är en orange jelly med orange, koppar och rött glitter.Väldigt höstigt och otroligt vackert!

Jag är så nöjd med de Arcane Lacquer jag provat hittills. Kvalitén är bra, lacken är smidiga att måla med och de är väldigt vackra. On the Brink, med sina orangea toner, är dessutom ett alldeles perfekt höst lack. Som vackra höstlöv. Sådana lack är jag väldigt inne på just nu! 

Är ni också sugna på höstlack? Jag tänkte visa upp ett till inspirationsinlägg med lite fler höstiga lack senare i veckan.

Formulan är bra. Lacket är smidigt och följsamt att lacka med. Tre tunna lager ger full täckning. Det torkar fort, men det blir lite knottrigt av allt glitter. Två lager Seche Vite gör ytan jämn, fin och väldigt glansig.

On the Brink is an orange jelly with orange, copper and red glitter. Very beautiful and extremely fall-y.

I'm really pleased with the Arcane Lacquers I've tried so far. The quality is good, they're easy to apply and they are just stunning! On the Brink, with its oranges hues, is a perfect fall polish. Like beautiful fall leaves. I'm very into those kind if polishes right now.  

The formula is good. It's easy to apply and three thin coats give full coverage. the polish dries quickly but a bit gritty because of all the glitter. Two coats of top coat makes the finish shiny and smooth.

Arcane Lacquer Infinity

Idag är det nya vecka, vilket betyder blå måndag. Jag gillar måndagar. Måndag är en bra dag. Jag är oftast ledig och har en extra dag helg. Så denna dag har jag spenderat med att koka pumpasoppa, swatcha lack, läst en bok och blogginlägg. Jag visar självklart upp blått denna måndag, i form av Arcane Lacquer Infinity.

Infinity är en blå jelly med blått glitter i lite olika form och storlekar. Det är otroligt fint! Att glittret är i olika nyanser av blått ger lacket ett fint djup. Det här är det andra Arcane Lacquer jag testar och hittills är jag otroligt nöjd. Kvalitén är bra och lacken är enkla att applicera. Att de dessutom är väldigt vackra är också ett plus. Tur att jag har några till att visa upp!
Infinity, vackert. Jag är ju alltid svag för blått glitter. Blått glitter är verkligen en favorit hos mig!

 

Jag kan inte klaga på något när det gäller det här lacket. Formulan är bra! Det är lättlackat och täcker på tre tunna lager. Det torkar snabbt och inte alltför knottrigt, så som många glitterack gör. Två lager Seche Vite gör ytan glansig och jämn.

Infinity is a blue jelly with blue glitters. It's very pretty! The glitters have different colours of blue, which gives great depth to the polish. This is the second Arcane Lacquer I've tried and so far I'm very pleased with them. The quality's good and the polish's easy to apply.
Infinity, stunning. As I've told you a million times before I'm a sucker for blue glitters. I seem to fall head over heels for them all the time. Blue glitters truly are a favourite of mine.

I cannot complain about anything with this polish. The formula is great! It's easy to apply and covers in three, thin coats. It dries quickly and not too rough, like many other glitters. Two coats of Seche Vite make the finish shiny and smooth.

Arcane Lacquer White Butterflies

Under helgen är en av mina närmste vänner på besök hos mig. Så just nu bor vi tre personer i en etta på 25 kvm. I vanliga fall är det ju bara jag och min sambo. trångt som attan alltså. Studentliv, är det inte underbart så säg! Som ni kanske förstår är detta ett förberett inlägg. Inte har jag tid att sitta här och skriva inlägg när jag har besök av någon som jg så sällan träffar, även om jag gärna vill skriv inlägg och läsa bloggar. Hursomhelst, idag visar jag Arcane Lacquer White Butterflies. Jag fick tio stycken Arcane Lacquer förra veckan och det här är det första jag provar.

White Butterflies är en vit jelly, eller crelly, en crelly som är mer jelly än kräm kanske? Den innehåller microglitter i guld, vita hex glitter och iriserande glitter i olika former. Det är jättevackert! Det är så komplext. Jag kan inte göra annat än älska det. 

Det ser så lätt ut på nageln. Skört och elegant. Ja, eteriskt faktiskt. Jag älskar att det täcker men ändå låter allt skina igenom basen.

Formulan var okej. Lacket är ganska tjockt men om man målar tunna lager är det ganska lättapplicerat. Jag ha tre lager på bilderna och lite, lite VNL syntes fortfarande då. Fast jag tycker inte VNL gör något när det är sådana här lack. Det torkar glansigt men ytan blir knottrig av glittret. Det krävs en del lager av överlack för att få ytan helt slät.

Translation:  One of my best friends is visiting me during the weekend. We live in different towns and in a couple of months she'll live on the other side of the world. So even though I love blogging and reading blog posts I'm not doing that at all this weekend. So as you might have understood by now, this is a prepared post. 
Last week I recieved ten polishes from Arcane Lacquer. I'm showing you White Butterflies today which is also the first Arcane Lacquer I've ever tried. 
White Butterflies is a white jelly, or a crelly. A white crelly leaning more towards jelly than creme perhaps? Anyway, it's a white base filled with golden micro glitters, white hex glitter and iridescent glitters in different shapes. It's really beautiful. It's such a complex hue. I can't do anything else but just love it. It looks so delicate on the nail. Delicate and elegant. Ethereal really. I just love how it's opaque but still lets everything just shine through.
The formula was okay. The polish is pretty thick but if you apply it with thin coats application shouldn't be a problem. I used three coats to get the coverage I wanted. A little VNL was still visible but that didn't bother me at all. It dries to a shiny but a bit gritty finish. Top coat is needed to get a smooth finish.
