Hello sweethearts!
I'm home today finishing up the last essay for the term. It's not fun but I have to do it. I've also prepared a lot of posts for the this week and doing some nail art.
Today I'll show you a gradient I wore during the weekend.
I used Butter London Jasper, Butter London Fiver and OPI Pirouette My Whistle. I wanted do something fun and perfect for summer. Paste yellow and green are perfect for that. The colours go really well together as well.
I used two coats of Butter London Jasper and the dabbed on Butter London Fiver. I topped it off with OPI Pirouette My Whistle and one coat of Pretty Serious Crystal Coat.

Glam Polish Miraculous
Hello!
Todays polish is Glam Polish MIraculous from the collection Cast a Spell Part 3: The White Witch.
Miraculous is a peach pastel with a scattered holo effect and white prismatic glitter. It's gorgeous in the bottles and on the nails but the colour doesn't suit my skin tone. It looks a bit dirty and grey on me, instead of the lovely peach pink that it is. I really wish this suited me better, but it sadly enough it doesn't.
This is the only one from the collection that won't stay in my stash. I love the colour and how sparkly it is, so I'm really sad that it looks so horrible on me.
The pictures are taken in direct sunlight.
The formula is great. There's lots of glittr in this but it's still easy to apply. Two coats give full coverage. It dries to a extured finish so top coat is needed to make it smooth.
What you see in the pictures are two coats of Glam Polish Miraculous, one coat of Pretty Serious Aqua Coat and one coat of Pretty Serious Crystal Coat.

Cirque XX
What about a second post today, eh? Yep, I did have time to write two post and prepare post for the rest of the week.
The other day I did a layering with Isadora Baby Blue (which makes this post perfect for Blue Monday) and Cirque XX.
Isadora Baby Blue is a baby blue creme. I bought this before the fact that they treat they employees horribly came out in the open. I woudn't recomend anyone to buy their products until Isadora starts to treat their employees better. So enough said about that polish.
Cirque XX is a glitter topper with prismatic pastel glitter in different shapes and sizes. It's one of my favourite glitter toppers. It's amazing and so pretty! The only negative thing I have to say about it is that it's scented with lavendel. It gives me headache. I wish Cirque could do unscented versions of their polishes as well. Other than that this is the perfect glitter topper. It's gorgeous over pastels or black.
The formula of XX is great. The translucent base is thick, but not too thick and picks up a lot of glitter. I think one coat gives enough glitter. In my opinion two coats of XX covers the base too much. It dries to a shiny but slightly rough finish.

Glam Polish Hypnotize
Hi you lovely lot!
The formula is good. Three thin coats give full coverage. The finish becomes a little bit rough when the polish is fully dry, because of the great amount of glitter. Two coats of top coat will make the finish shiny and smooth.
Today I'll show you Glam Polish Hypnotize from the collection Cast a Spell Part 3: The White Witch. The Cast a Spell Collections are collections based on magic. The inspiration of this collection is white magic, magic for good purposes and the use of nature to do good.
Hypnotize is a seafoam green pastel with a scattered holo effect and glitter in different shapes and sizes. It's absolutely beautiful. I really like the white, matte glitters that give the polish a delicate look. The scattered holo adds depth and sparkle. This is truly magical.

Pastel Nail Art
Hi guys!
Today I'll show you a quick nail art I did using striping tape. I love striping tape, it's so easy to use.
I wanted to do nail art with a few spring colours so I used bright pastel cremes and a little glitter for an extra element. The polishes I've used are Barry M Prickly Pear, Isadora Baby Blue, Isadora Rosette and Glam Polish Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo. For the white base I used OPI Alpine Snow.
I'm really pleased with how this turned out. I love the look of it. The glitter goes so well with the other colours.

Isadora 729 Marzipan
Hello! It's Karin's Green Wednesday today. Since i haven't joined in the fun for a long time I thouht it was time today. I'll show you Isadora 729 Marzipan.
Marzipan is a bright pastel green creme polish. Perfect for spring or whenever you feel like you need a pick me up. The colour makes me happy, though it looks a bit chalky. Just like most bright pastels tend to do. But it's green, it's bright, it's shiny. So really, what's not to like? The only problem I have with th colour is that it gives me a severe cas of Lobster Hands. My hands go bright red. It isn't too big of a problem but it does distract from the pretty colour.
What you see in the pictures are two coats of Isadora 729 Marzipan and one coat of Seche Vite.

Sinful Colors Cinderella
After rather horrible pictures of Femme Fatal Aqueous I have to give you a better post. Another blue, of course, since it's Blue Monday. The polish I'd like to show youu now is Sinful Colors Cinderella. One of the polishes I bought when I was in London last week.
Cinderella is a light, pastel blue creme with soft peach shimmer. The shimmer is much more prominent in real life, my camera didn't really capture it.
I wanted this colour for a pretty long time. I've always skipped it in favor of other polishes the many times I've been in London. This time I thought to myself that I had to get it. It's not even expensive! So I got it. And I'm so pleased with it. I love the soft shimmer and the blue color. Very pretty and very Cinderella like. It looks so much like her lovely princess gown. Did you know that her ball gown was actually silver from the beginning? In later releases of the movie it's recoloured light blue.

The formula is good. It's easy to apply and levels out nicely. It's a bit sheer. After three coats there was still some VNL, but that didn't bother me, so I stopped at three coats. If you think VNL is absolutely horrid you should probably go for four coats. It dries to a smooth and shiny finish.
What you see in my pictures are three coats of Sinful Colors Cinderella and one coat of Seche Vite.

Butter LONDON Jasper
When I was in London the change from icy cold Swedish winter to warm spring weather made my naisl chip like crazy. That has never happened before. My nails chipped, and chipped and suddenly they were paper thin so I had to chop them off. Now I'll have to live with nubbins for a while. I like them so it doesn't really bother me, it's just that I really love my nails long.
So lets cher up by a pop of yellow. I'd like to show you Butter LONDON Jasper.
Jasper is a pastel buttercup yellow creme. It's cute, pretty and screams spring. I really like itt. But then again, I do have a soft spot for yellows. Jasper actually works with my skin tone. most yellows don't, but this one d and that I love even more than the polish itself. A yellow that works!
The formula is impeccable. Probably the easiest yellow creme ever to apply. It covered in two coats, was totally streak free and dries super glossy.
What you see in the pictures are two coats of Jasper and one coat of Gisten & GlowHK Girl.
