Lilypad Lacquer Rebel at Heart
Hi darlings!
Let's take look at one of my favourite reds, Lilypad Lacquer Rebel at Heart. I can't believe I haven't shown you this one before because I've worn it more times than I can remember.
Rebel at Heart is a deep, deep blood red holo. It's so stunning. It's so vibrant and really vampy. Honestly, your polish collection won't be complete without this one.
The formula is great, a little thin but since it's so pigemented one coat gives full coverage. I did two for more depth.
What you see in the pictures are twoc oats of Lilypad Lacquer Rebel at Heart and one coat of Pretty Serious Crystal Coat.

Lilypad Lacquer Radiant Light
Hello sweeties!
I hope you're all well. This week I've scheduled post for you so you'll have something new to read here.
The polish I'll show you today is Lilypad Lacquer Radiant Light.
Radiant Light is a red base with a holo effect and it has an orange shine to it. It really is radiant and absolutely gorgeous. The orange shine makes it glow and the holo adds extra sparkle and glam. I think this is discontinued today and it was a Femme Fatale Cosmetics exclusive.
The photos are a few months old. I have nubbins now after I suffered a bad break on my right index finger. So for the coming few weeks you'll se my nails differ in lenght from post to post due to this and an excessive amount of unpublished posts.
The formula is great, it's that perfect balance between thick and thin. Two coats give full coverage. The finish becomes shiny and the holo isn't affected by top coat.

Lilypad Lacquer Illuminate
Hi guys!
Long time, no write. I've been super busy with my internship the last week so I haven't had the time to blog.
Today I'll show you Lilypad Lacquer Illuminate from February's What's In-Die Box?.
Illuminate is such a complex shade. It's a lilac base with lilac and blue flakes and a subtle holo effect. The lilac and bue flakes give it almost a duchromatic look which I love. This is so much prettier on the nails than in the bottle. I was actually sceptic towards this when I saw it in the bottle, but on the nails it's gorgeous!
The pictures are taken in direct sunlight.
The formula is great! It's a little sheer but three coats give full coverage. It dries quickly and becomes very shiny.

Lilypad Lacquer Free Spirit
Hi guys!
Australian What's In-Die Box? is my favourite type of indie polish box. Five surprise polishes from amazing Aussie brands and a new theme every month. I just love that. Check it out if you haven't.
Today I'll show you Lilypad Lacquer Free Spirit from March's What's In-Die Box? and the theme for the box was Disney Princesses.
Free Spirit is a sandy beige with blue and gold flakes and a subtle holo effect. It was inspired by Pocahontas. I love Free Spirit. It's a perfect neutral to me. The blue flakes make it look almost grey and the golden flakes give it some extra sparkle. The holo is very subtle but adds depth and a little glam.
The pictures are taken in direct sunlight.
The formula is amazing. It's creamy and smooth and easy to apply. Two coats give full coverage. The finish becomes semi matte so for a super shiny look top coat is a must.

Lilypad Lacquer Pugsley
Today I'll show you Lilypad Lacquer Pugsley from the Pshiit exclusive The Addams Family Collection.
Pugsley is a blackened plum purple with tiny silver flakes and a holo effect. It's so gorgeous. It has lots of depth, it's vampy and really beautiful.
In direct sunlight it has a strong holo effect and in the shade you can see the pretty silver flakes.
I only own this from the exclusive Addams Family Collections but judging from swatches I need the other ones as well. They all look amazing. I'm a gigantic fan of the Addams family. They're so wonderfully wierd, spooky and melancholic, just as this collection seems to be.
The pictures are taken in direct sunlight.

Lilypad Lacquer True Blood 2014
Hello darlings!
It's finally Friday! This has been a super long week for me. I turned in my bachelor's degree project yesterday and i have the exam next week. I'm so anxious for it all to be over.
Anyways, today I have Lilypad Lacquer True Blood 2014 to show you.
True Blood 2014 is a deep blackened plum with a strong holographic effect. This is probably e most used polish in my collection. True Blood 2014 is perfection.
The formula is great! It's super pigmented and one coat would suffice but I used two for this mani. It dries quickly and the finish becomes very shiny. Top coat won't affect the holo effect.

Lilypad Lacquer Cartjacked
Hello darlings! It's Blue Monday and I'll show you Lilypad Lacquer Cartjacked today.
Cartjacked is a blue holo with blue and prismatic glitter. It's gorgeous! I love that there's so much going on without being overwhelming. I really like the sparly effect the glitter adds. It's not very visible in my photos but it's really amazing in real life. When I wore this I kept staring at my nails all the time. It's so pretty and a perfect shade of blue.
The formula is great. The opacity is really good. Two coats give full coverage. The finish becomes smooth even though there's a lot of glitter. I only needed one coat of top coat to make the finish completely smooth and shiny.

Lilypad Lacquer Vintage Chic
Hey Guys! My new course is killing me... I've been so busy the past week and the coming three weeks will be even worse. It's not even funny. Our teachers just pile on things for us to do right now. That, sadly, makes the blog echo with emptiness. I have a few minutes over today to schedule a few posts for this week so at least you will have something to read in the coming days.
Anyway, today I'd like to show you a new polish from Lilypad Lacquer called Vintage Chic. When I bought it only two bottles had been made but I now it was sold when Nicole re-opened her shop this last weekend.
Vintage Chic is a golden green holo with a pink flash. It's super pretty! The pink flash is mostly visible in indirect sunlight, therefore you won't see it in m y pics snce they're taken in direct sunlight so show off the gorgeous holo. I really love the green colour. It's a perfect green for my pale skin.
The formula was flawless. Two easy applied coats gave full coverage. The polish dries quickly and the finih becomes shiny.
What you see in the pictures are two coats of Lilypad Lacquer Vintage Chic and one coat of Pretty Serious Crystal Coat.

Lilypad Lacquer Violet Blaze
Hey guys! It's Holo Friday! I haven't had time to blog the past days. I had an exam yesterday in social vulnerability. I've studied so I should pass but you never know, time will tell I guess. Anyway, today I have Lilypad Lacquer Violet Blaze from June's What's In-Die Box. At least I think it was June's box. It was from their 1 year anniversary box which was an all holo box.
Violet Blaze is a purple linear holo filled with purple and orange shimmer. It's so beautiful! I love the orange shimmer. I think orange and purple are so pretty together. The holo effect in this is super strong. It's stronger in real life than in my pictures though.
What you see in the pictures are two coats of Lilypad Lacquer Violet Blaze and one coat of Pretty Serious Aqua Coat.

What's In-Die Box October 2014: Holo-ween!
Hi darlings!
Last week I recieved the the What's In-Die Box? for october. This month was an all holo box with the theme Holo-ween.
The What's In-Die Box? is an all indie box ith five surpise polishes from five different indie makers. You have no idea what the polishes look like when you order the box but five inspiration pictures are released, so you'll get a clue about the colour scheme. Here you can see all the inspiration pictures for October.
This post will be picture heavy, because I'll show you all five polishes today. Since it's halloween and all tomorrow. I'd thought it'd be fitting. The polishes will be shown in no particular order.
Th first polish up is Lilypad Lacquer Skulloween. Skulloween is a pumpkin orange holographic polish with tiny, tiny black shimmer than can barely be seen but adds depth. It's gorgeous and the colour looks amazing!
The formula was good. Two coats gave full coverage and it dried fast to a shiny finish.
The next polish is the brightest of the bunch, Peita's Polish Ghost Gutz. Ghost Gutz is a bright, almmost neon, mint green holo. This is the least holographic of the five. The holo effect is scattered but it adds depth and sparkle. It's pretty and I really like the colour.
The formula was good. It's the type of colour that could go on streaky but it doesn't. Two coats gave full coverage and the finish becomes semi-matte.
The next polish is Glam Polish Paranormal. Paranormal is a teal holographic polish. The colour wa crazy ard to capture. It leans more blue in my pictures than in real life. This is my favourite of the five polishes. Teal and holo is always a smashing combination. This is gorgeous!
The formula is very good. Two coats gave full coverage and the finish becomes shiny.
The llast polish in the box is PrettyPots Polish Bewitchery. Bewitchery is a purple with a strong holographic effect. The colour is beautiful! I love it.
The formula n the other hand left lots to wish for. It was easy to apply but required four coats for full opacity. So I was a bit disappointed in that. The finish becomes very shiny.
I really, really liked this month's box. I love that it was an all holo box and that it was a Halloween box! Which one of the five polishes is your favourite?
I think that the What's In-die Box? is the best indie polish box other there. I just love the concept of a new theme every month and the fact that what the polishes will look like is a surprise. This wasn't my last box and it's definitely not my last. November's box has the theme Pokémon, and who could resist that?

Moving on! The next polish is Emily de Molly Night Terrors. Night Terrors is a midnight blue holographic polish with bue and purple shimmer. It has a grey-ish sort of blue tone in the shadow and a brighter navy blue in the sun. It' dark, it's beautiful and completely spellbinding. The formula was good. Two coats gave full coverage and the finish becomes shiny.
