Glam Polish No Lei-Overs! (LE) Swatches & Review
Hi darlings!
Today I want to show you Glam Polish No Lei-Overs! Collection. It's a gorgeous six piece collection inspired by the Hawaiian islands. And yes, it really makes you think of beaches, coconut drinks and palm trees in the sun.
There are four glitters and two holos in this collection. The formulas of all of them are great. The glitters are thick but not too thick and easy to apply. The holos go on so smoothly and levels out perfectly.
I really wish I was at a beach in a tropical paradise. Here in Sweden it seems like fall is already on its way. It's already starting to get colder and darker outside.
All photos are taken in artificial lighting.
Hawaii Kai
Hawaii Kai is a turquoise leaning teal base with blue, turquoise, teal and bright green glitter. This is the Ocean in a bottle. It's absolutely gorgeous and one of my favorites in the collection.
Two coats and top coat.
Lanikai Dreaming
Lanikai Dreaming is pale gold holo with lots and lots of matte pink and white glitter. It's fun, flirty and feminine. Since the base is so neutral this is perfect for both work and a friday night out. The base tones it down while still being really glittery and pretty. The only prolem I had with this one is that even after two coats of top coat the finish was slightly textured.

Hanalei Sunset
Hanalei Sunset is a gorgeous blurple jelly with blue, pink and purple prismatic glitter. It has so much depth. It was super hard to photograph though. This is one of those polishes you really have to see for yourself.
Two coats and top coat
Lei'd in Lahaina
Lei'd in Lahaina is a magenta holo with magenta, pink, white and even som copper glitter. It sparkles like crazy! Even though there's so much glitter in it one coat of top coat does the trick and makes the finish shiny and smooth.
Two coats and top coat.
Hibiscus Hideaway
Hibiscus Hideaway is an orange toned red holo. In some lightings it leans more orange and in other more red. In some it even leans pinkish red. This is my favourite from the collection. I'm a sucker for vibrant reds and this one is perfection. The holo is strong and adds depth to the aready beautiful colour of the base. And, it doesn't stain (!!!) even though it's so pigmented.
One coat and top coat.
Waikiki Wahine
Waikiki Wahine is a berry pink holo with blue and purple shimmer in it. This is very pretty, but the one I liked the least in the collection. Don't got me wrong, I really like it, it's just that I like the others more.

Too Fancy Lacquer Tell Me A Sea-cret
Hi darlings!
It's Green Wednesday today and I'll show you a polish that I'm not sure will be green enough for Green Wednesday. This is Too Fancy Lacquer Tell Me A Sea-cret.
Tell Me A Sea-cret is somwhere in between minty turquoise and seafoam green and it has a subtle holo effect. The colour is gorgeous! It's so summer-y and pretty. It definitely reminds me of lazy summer days.
The holo is very subtle but lovely. It adds sparkle and depth to the amazing colour.
The pictures are taken in direct sunlight.
The formula is good. Two coats give full coverage, but you might be able to achive full coverage in just one coat depending on how thick the coat is. I do very thin coats and almost always need two coats. The finish becomes semi-matte, so you need top coat to make it super shiny.
What you see in the pictures are two coats of Two Fancy Lacquer Tell Me A Sea-cret and one coat of Pretty Serious Crystal Coat.

Colors by Llarowe Young Turks
It's Blue Monday again and I'm showing Colors by Llarowe Young Turks for the second time on the blog. The difference with this post is that the pictures are taken in direct sunlight instead of artificial light.
I still love everything about this colour. It's probably my favourite from the Spring Frenzy Collection. It has a gorgeous turquiose shade of blue and the holographic effect is very strong. This polish is probably the one I'll wear the most this spring and summer. I have worn it five times already and I'm still not getting tired of it.
The formula is still amazing. To get more info about that you can read the first post about this polish which you can find HERE.
What you see int he pictures are two coats of Colors by Larowe Young Turks and one coat of Seche Vite.

Sebastian's choice: Colors by Llarowe Young Turks.
Hi guys! I really don't have time to blog. I have a massive law exam on Tuesday and I really should be studying and not blogging. But, I got 24 new CbL's yesterday and I couldn't keep my hands off them. I would have loved to swatch them all but I don't have the time. So I let my boyfriend choose whic polish to do a mani with. His choice fell on Colors by Llarowe Young Turks.
So, Young Turks. Young Turks is a turquoise blue polish with a strong linear holographic effect. This polish is amazing. I love the colour and the holo. It's from the latest CbL collection called Spring Frenzy but the polish screams summer and the mediterranean to me. It really looks like a glimmering mediterranean sea. I always feel incredibly cheered up when wearing these type of polishes.
The formula is good. A bit thick but I like the formula that way. It's very much like A England formula wise. If you don't like thicker polishes you might want to thin it. It was easy to apply and two coats gave me full coverage. It dries quickly and very shiny. TC won't affect the holo effect.

Emily de Molly Land of Confusion
First of all, the pictures don't do this polish justice. It's much more green and holographic in person. But no matter how hard I tried my camera coludn't capture it. I even tried to colour correct my pictures but that din't help. At all. It just made my skin look red. Severe case of Loobster Hands, sort of.
So, Emily de Molly Land of Confusion is a turquoise holo polish that leans a lot more on the green side of turquiose than the blue. The holographic effekt is lovely and gives depth to the polish. It's a beautiful polish!
The formula is good. A little sheer though. I used to coats for the photos above but you can see some VNL in the pictures, so a thrd coat may have been needed. It dries quickly and shiny. There's no need for Aqua base and top coat will not affect the holographic effect.
What you see in the pictures are two coats of Land of Confusion and one coat of Seche Vite.
